Updating the status of a transaction will automatically notify all parties connected to the transaction.

To do this, simply open the transaction you would like to update. Once you are on the transaction details page you will have a few options to choose from.

Start by clicking the update status button.

You can add a note to the status update page that will be sent out to all the parties connected to the transaction.

Once you have added your note simply click the appropriate button below to update the status.

You will notice that the next status update will always be a green button and as a transaction progresses so does the status bar.

Other options you have on the transaction details page include History, Upload/view Documents and modify.

The history page will show you the history of the transaction from its inception.

The upload and view documents page will allow you to upload and view important documents associated with your transaction.

And the modify button allows you to modify the information and parties associated to the transaction.

To update the status of another transactions, simply go the the my transactions tab on the left hand side of the screen.

You will then be able to open your other transactions and update them as the transaction moves forward.

Once you have logged into your account you will know have the ability to create a new transaction.

Simply click the new transaction tab on the left hand side of the screen

If your a real estate agent you will be asked if your are a buyers agent or sellers agent.

If your a lender or title agent you will not be asked this question.

Now you are ready to create your new transaction and link all parties connected to the transaction.

Simply Fill in the approperiate information. It is important that you provide the correct email address for all the parties connected to the transaction.

If they are not already connected to the home wire they will be invited to your transaction and be able to participate in updating status when milestones are made.

Once you have completed filling out the new transaction you will notice you are automatically notified that you are in status 1 of 9, witch is the inspection period.

You can view the transaction by clicking the transaction number or by clicking on the my transactions tab on the left hand side of the screen.

The My Transactions tab will also show you all the transactions in your pipeline. Making it easy for you manage your workflow.

Updating a status of your transaction is as simple as a click of a button. Start by clicking the update status button on the "My Transaction" page. After updating the status of your transaction, all parties (consumers, agents, lender and title agent) are notified of the milestone immediately. Saving you from having to make any unnecessary phone calls or emails.
